Alumni Apprenticeship Programme

In addition to the best-in-class schools apprenticeship programme portfolios and delivery A4E will also launch the first national Alumni Apprenticeship Programme. Every secondary school in England will be able to offer their school leavers, from the current year, the opportunity to interview for new apprenticeship positions at the school in IT, Digital Marketing, Teaching Assistant, Sports Coaching, Business Administration or Catering. The apprenticeship Alumni programme provides valuable interview experience for students and offers the successful applicants the opportunity to start their chosen career, achieve qualifications and gain real-life work experience in a learn and earn alternative to Higher Education. The benefits to the school of the Alumni programme are significant including having a deep knowledge and understanding of all their applicants, introducing a cost effective and productive annual recruitment strategy, funded training and qualifications alongside the job role, positive marketing for the school in the local community, and a boost to their own OFSTED rating through a clear demonstration of continued education after school years.
